E. R. was excited to receive her balloons and owl, she even managed a small smile. E. R. is 5 y.o. and had to have an emergency appendectomy and was still feeling quite groggy but they brightened up her room and her face.

Would like to have had options if which balloons to choose rather than just having them picked for me. Otherwise was an easy transaction other than being required to know the patient's room which I've never had to do to give flowers at a hospital before now. Also with only an online purchasing option made it so my mother did not purchase a gift.
